Singapore Day 2

So here is day 2 of our day so far. This morning we departed about 10 AM to head out for Suntec City. It was a quick public bus ride down. It was more or less a scouting trip to look for some items we want. Walking inside this place is a food Mecca that will end in a food coma.
As luck would have it the first thing I see when I walk in the door is Tim Horton’s, really? Yep Tim bits etc are all there.

Looks like a Timmy’s

From there it is a walk and I mean a walk to see inside this place. It is then down to the food court, this is not any food court we have at home. It just keeps going and going.
We stopped at one place to watch then make these world famous dumplings but decided to try this place down the way called Song Fa Bak. . As we went to sit down Claudia said to me hey this place is a Michelin Star Bib place.
The first dish is their famous Pork Rib Soup. It doesn’t look like much in the picture but the taste is amazing. The flavours that come through then at the end you get. A really nice pepper taste,😁They will even refill the broth during the meal. The next dish was a chili pepper deep fried chicken dish that is new on the menu. There was a third item that for the Life of me I can not remember. I also had the beer but likely would not have it again, it left a very sweet after taste.
From here it was time to ride the Hop On Hop off Bus and stay on for both circuits to see what we will do in coming days.
Back at the room now to rest before hitting Little India around 8 PM.
