Singapore Day 5 Changi Airport

Here we are on Day 5 in Singapore and today brought cooler weather like only 27C and sun.

Today we headed out to the airport to take a look around. I can tell you now there is almost no way to know you are in an airport. The check-in areas are inter dispersed in front of the shops areas with no lines at all just kiosk to check-in.
There is a building called the Jewel which is described as a Tropical Forest. This thing even has the Skytrain going through it. There are different plant varieties from around Asia to look at. Waterfalls and areas for kids to climb on nets. It is very relaxing and a great way to kill time if you’re waiting between flights.

Further to this the different terminals each with their own themes such as a Cactus Garden, Sunflower Garden, a Hedge Maze, Butterfly Garden. There is also a full movie theatre where you can watch the latest movies for free. They also have a swimming pool on an upper level that you can use (at a cost of $25SGD). There are places to sleep.
